I’m excited for the 2026 launch of the ZSFG Hospital Equity, Operations, and Quality Dashboard—a new centralized resource that will provide hospital staff and leadership with a trusted, timely view of patient flow, supporting improvements in safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Human-Centered Designer on Grant: Neuroethics and HCD for Neurotechnology
The grant examines adverse user experiences with non–human-centered design, identifies issues and areas for improvement, assesses stakeholder attitudes and barriers to HCD, and convenes key parties to discuss findings and plan next steps for neurotechnology.
Fall of 2025 we led a half-day workshop at the International Conference on Neural Engineering: Centering Disabled Neurotechnology Users in Neural Engineering: What, Why, When, and How?
